Time Type:Full timeRemote Type:Job Family Group:FinanceJob Description Summary: The primary purpose of the Revenue Associate is to support and manage company processes for quoting price, pricing discrepancies and returns.Job Description:Job Responsibilities:Verify informationReview pricing file and chain contractsReview returns for correct pricingReturn Merchandise AdjustmentReturn empty kegsReconciling delivery manifestsData EntryPricing dealsDepletion allowancesCosting standardsResponsible for maintaining various reports for suppliersProcess and reconcile information.Handle EDI accounts managementProvide Compliance supportDepletion allowances chargebacksBatching daily invoicesReview freight chargesWriting off delivery chargesCredit adjustments.Monthly projects.Coordinate with warehouse to process error reportsOther duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent, secondary education a plusProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and WordMust be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skillsAbility to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlinesAnalytic and Reporting skillsUtilize sound judgement and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environmentPreferred Qualifications:10-key by touchExperience in related area - Distributor/Industry experience preferredSAP or similar ERP software experiencePhysical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephoneCompetencies:* Accountable for meeting own targets, work is reviewed periodically.* Problems encountered will be defined, repetitive, and routine with a solution readily available.This job description is only a summary of the typical functions of this position, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible job responsibilities, tasks and duties.
