Job Description



We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and managing top technical professionals to meet client and organizational needs. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates across a variety of technical disciplines.

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.

  • Leverage recruiting tools, job boards, social media, and professional networks to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

  • Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain long-term professional relationships.

  • Track and report recruiting metrics to measure success and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably within technical or specialized disciplines.

  • Strong understanding of diverse technical skill sets and roles.

  • Proven success in sourcing hard-to-find candidates using creative methods.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting platforms.
