We're on the hunt for friendly, upbeat, and passionate tasting room and restaurant servers to join our amazing team at Rolling Forks Vineyards in Glenwood, MN! What You'll Be Doing:

As a Tasting Room Server , you’ll be the first face our guests see, and you’ll make sure they have an unforgettable time. You’ll lead them through wine tastings , share fun wine facts , and help them pick out their perfect bottle or gift. Your goal? To make sure every visitor leaves with a smile, a story, and (of course) a bottle or two of our delicious wine!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet Guests with a warm smile, offer wine tastings, and answer all their wine-related questions.
• Share the love of our wines, giving guests all the cool details about our winemaking process and the story behind each bottle.
• Create memorable experiences for each guest, making sure they leave feeling great about our wines and the Rolling Forks brand.
• Promote our wines and wine club with enthusiasm (without the hard sell!)
• Handle sales transactions and manage the cash register (we'll teach you the ropes).
• Be a wine ambassador : Keep learning and growing your wine knowledge to become the ultimate expert in our delicious bottles.
• Ship wine to customers (we’ve got the systems in place, you just need to keep things running smoothly!).
• Help set up and break down the tasting room like a pro (and maybe even flex those muscles moving wine cases!)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (or the equivalent)
• Must be 18+ years old
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evening shifts (because who doesn’t love wine at sunset?).

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs (you know, like a case of wine).
• Must be comfortable standing and walking for long periods. ‍♂️
• Ability to help set up and break down the tasting room. (And moving wine cases is a workout!)
