What You’ll Do:

Assess student needs and adapt curricula for mild to moderate disabilities.
Design and deliver engaging lesson plans and IEPs.
Use innovative strategies to teach skills and manage classrooms.
Collaborate with parents, staff, and educators on student progress.
Support students’ milestones and transitions.

Who You Are:

Experienced : Proven special education background (or newly credentialed with out-of-state reciprocity in progress).
Knowledgeable : Familiar with current special ed methods and IEPs.
Certified : Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teaching Credential; BS required, MS preferred.
Skilled : Patient, resilient, and a strong communicator.
Local : In or moving to the Greater Boston area.
