Position Summary: This position is in the Civil Legal Services - Administrative Law Unit in Tallahassee, Fl. The incumbent must have knowledge of methods, techniques, and skills necessary for the performance of the job and demonstrate the ability to effectively and efficiently execute all assigned duties and tasks. Quality of work is accurate and thoroughly completed within established time frames and amount of work completed meets or exceeds expectations. Must be able to perform the duties of the position through the competent use of work methodologies, computer applications and software, office equipment, etc. The person hired for this particular position will also serve as the Bureau's appellate attorney.
