KR Wolfe is a woman-owned and operated small business located in San Diego, CA. KR Wolfe services clients nationwide with teams of general contracting specialists and systems integration specialists within the medical, education, commercial, government and solar fields.

Job Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Utilize various channels to source potential candidates
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the company
Facilitate interviews between hiring managers and candidates, providing both with necessary preparation and support.
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
All additional tasks as requested by the Human Resources manager

Qualification Standards

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Compensation and Benefits
Independent Contractor
Hourly Rate $28.00-$32.00
