Overview:

At the core of our success, the Packaging Systems Efficiency Engineer takes on the mantle of optimizing filling line performance. Working with a dynamic team, you'll spearhead new projects, ensuring cost efficiency while championing quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in filling and packaging operations to improve overall efficiency and quality.
• Support manufacturing operations with expert troubleshooting and process enhancement skills.
• Design systems to assess line performance, reduce downtime and elevate throughput quality.
• Drive development for new product processes and capacity expansions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training and leadership in Lean methodologies.

What We Seek:

• Engineering degree, primarily in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a wealth of equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years in production environments, with a preference for FDA-regulated settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Lean Manufacturing, and more.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to prioritize and multitask under tight deadlines.
• Adept communicator capable of influencing large teams and varied stakeholders.
