We are seeking a Locums Hospitalist Physician to provide coverage at multiple hospital sites near Midland, Michigan during the months of July through September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled internal medicine or family medicine-trained hospitalist with a flexible schedule and a desire to work in a supportive, high-quality healthcare environment.

Scheduling Options:
3–4 day stretches preferred
Day Rounding:7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Admitting Shifts:7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Night Shifts:7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
EMR System:EPIC with Dragon dictation
Responsibilities:
Provide direct inpatient care including daily rounding, admissions, and overnight coverage
Coordinate care with nursing staff, specialists, and case management
Respond to acute changes in patient condition
Complete documentation in EPIC using Dragon voice recognition
Requirements:
Completion of an ACGME-approved Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
Certifications:
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
Licensure:
Active Michigan medical license, or IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) eligibility
Prior inpatient hospitalist experience preferred
