We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient primary care team in Amherst, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated APP who is passionate about providing high-quality, value-based care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Position Highlights:
Outpatient primary care—no hospital call or weekends required
Full-time schedule with flexibility; Monday–Friday hours
Patient-centered care model with a focus on quality and outcomes
Built-in administrative time to support work-life balance
Average of 18–22 patients per day

Compensation range: $140,000–$150,000, depending on experience plus 30-40% productivity bonus for unlimited earnings.
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts
Experience in primary care or a related field preferred
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
